Important Info: For accurate quoting please fill out the form as completely as possible. We generally respond within a 24-48 hour period. Sometimes with server congestion messages can be lost in transit, if you do not have a reply within 48 hours please re-send your info or email us directly. Colors: We use stock colors, if the colors on your silks vary please send a sample of your colors for color matching. Payment: All orders to be accompanied with payment. Payment can be made by Credit Card, PayPal, International money order, Cashiers cheque, or e-transfer. Make all payments payable to Grattan Helmets Inc. All products unpaid or not picked up after 60 days will become the property of Grattan Helmets Inc. Shipping: You can ship your products via standard mail service or a courier. US customers please note that you need to properly document your item as a used item sent for repair with zero value to avoid duty charges. All shipping and duty charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you require any help with shipping please contact us for clarification.

All measurements are body measurements. Use a tape measure to measure your head circumference.
The tape should sit just above your ears and wrap around to the centre of your forehead. Your helmet should sit as low as possible and be a snug fit, so that it does not move when you shake your head

Sizing
Please click for sizing chart. For proper sizing measure around the head one inch above eyebrows and across the largest portion of the back of the head.

Delivery
White helmets are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday are not processed until Monday of the following week. Standard delivery for a custom helmet is three weeks but can vary depending on the amount of custom work currently underway. Feel free to contact us with any questions at grattanhelmets@eastlink.ca

Returns
Each helmet is custom made for the client. Barring errors or exclusions that are the fault of Grattan Helmets we do not offer refunds. If you have an issue, please contact us directly via email or phone.

Taxes
Where applicable, taxes will be calculated at the checkout.

Limitation of Liability
The buyer of this article agrees be accepting delivery that the buyer releases the seller its officers, directors and agents from any liability, including liability and strict liability for the buyer's loss or damages due directly or indirectly to the buyer's use of the article. The buyer will indemnify and hold the seller harmless against any claims arising from negligence, strict liability or subrogation for any bodily injury, death or damage to persons or property caused by the acts or omissions of the buyer or the buyers licensees, agents or employees. The buyer acknowledges, that all liability the seller is limited any written product warranties specifically tendered by the seller. The buyer acknowledges that, in any event, the sellers total liability for any and all claims, however arising, shall be limited to the total sale price of the articles sold here under. The seller recommends that the articles sold here under not be used by minors and the product usage and safety instructions of the seller be strictly followed. For safety the maximum life of this product is three years.
